01/11/2012 - Unconventional Friendships!

This is Isabel. She is one of the most amazing people I know. Though, I don't know her age..(One should never ask a lady her age!).. I know she is old enough to be my mother. She is a Latina woman from Mexico. Somehow, in this beautiful world, we develop friendships that seem unconventional. Today I am thankful for this type of friendship. I am thankful for Isabel. She brings so much joy to my life. I always look forward to seeing her. She cooks for me on occasion. She is an great listener, and gives great advice. I am so lucky to have her in my life.

Friends are an important part of our lives. They come in different shapes, sizes, colors, and ages. Anyone can be your friend & you can be anyone's friend. Love & respect them & you will fill your life filled with love in return. <3
