Vegetables are an important part of a balanced diet. I am picky about vegetables, as many people are. I don't like broccoli raw, but enjoy it in pasta or soup. I feel the same about carrots unless I have some ranch dressing or hummus to dip them in. I am thankful for veggies... they keep us strong & healthy. If you prepare them well, they can be quite tasty, too. Veggies are good alone or served in soups, salads, pastas & many other dishes.
Incorporate veggies into your daily diet. There are many clever ways you can enjoy them if you don't actually enjoy the taste. It will keep you healthy to have a daily intake of vegetables. Find some that you enjoy & snack up!
