02/11/2012 - Crankiness!

The photo displaying crankiness above is my friend Tommy. We got on the subject of crankiness today & somehow Tommy got on a soapbox about something that made him cranky. I forget the subject matter, but we giggled at it soon after. I am thankful for crankiness (and thankful for Tommy for being my model for crankiness!). As I have said before, there are many emotions we experience in life. They can't always be rainbows, sunshine & lollipop's. Sometimes we do get cranky. Its okay to get cranky. Its a part of life & its bound to happen. Life is all about balance. We will get cranky from time to time... but that will subside & pass eventually.

Its important to understand that its okay to be cranky. Perhaps someone is being rude, you stubbed your toe, or the restaurant is out of your favorite dish. There are many things that make us cranky. However, as long as you move past it and move on, you will be fine. If you wanna get cranky, get cranky!! Cuss. Spit. Punch your pillow. Scream. Do whatever it takes. Just don't harm yourself or anyone else. Breathe.. and move on.
