Tonight before bed I am having a big glass of milk. I recently tried Almond Milk. Its better for you, & it tastes better to me. I have a glass of milk almost every day. Milk has a lot of ingredients that also helps make your bones stronger. I am thankful for milk. I am an active individual. I go for a jog almost everyday & having strong bones is important when running. Milk is good by itself, with cereal, cake... and personally, I think its quite impossible to eat a cookie without having some milk with it.
Be sure to drink your milk! Milk has alot of the nutrients & vitamins we need to maintain a healthy diet.
