Today after work I went jogging with my friends, Genie & Erin. I usually go jogging everyday on my lunch. I began jogging to loose some weight, however, it has become such stress relief for me. Plus I get plenty of vitamin D! We had such a fun time with each other. Its always nice to have friends with you to give you inspiration to keep going. Its also nice to have friends that have patience if you need to stop for a moment to catch your breath. We went jogging from Disney's Hollywood Studios to the Boardwalk Resort. I am thankful for jogging. It keeps me healthy, gives me inspiration, and helps me relieve stress!
Go for a jog one day. You can always go at whatever pace suits you best. There's no right or wrong way to do it, as long as you are enjoying yourself. You'll feel good about yourself after, too!
