03/07/2012 - The Fair!

Tonight I went to the Central Florida Fair with Jessica. I haven't been to a Fair or carnival since high school! We went and kind of played it by ear as we were there. After some deliberation (and Jessica's superb calculating skills) we decided to by some tickets. Our first stop there was the corn dog stand! Yum, yum, yum!!! We eventually ventured over to get some fried Oreos... which is probably one of the worst things you can ever eat, but is so good! We also had some corn on the cob, hot dogs & cheeseburgers! We went on a few rides, including the Ferris Wheel, which is a must for the Fair! We finished up the evening with some root beer floats! I am thankful for the fair for many reasons. It gives you some delicious fried food, fun rides, and always feels a bit nostalgic.

If the Fair comes in town or a town nearby, be sure to make a trip out! Its not too expensive. It's a fun way to spend an evening with friends having fun & enjoying food!
