03/19/2012 - Sleep!

Sleep is a very important part of the human life. Without it we become sick & ill. Our bodies need rest from all of the stress we put on it on a daily basis. I also believe our minds & hearts need rest, too. I am thankful for sleep. I love sleeping. A good nights rest is the first step in having a good day ahead of you. Poor sleep can result in moods swings & can effect your life in a negative way. When we sleep we can dream about anything our imagination can think of. We all have our different sleeping habits, too. I prefer two pillows, with a third to hold on to. If facing the bed, I like the left side of the bed. If I've been working alot of hours, I reward myself with a little extra sleep on my days off.

Be sure to get plenty of sleep whenever you can! I know life doesn't always make that an easy to do. However, your body & soul can only take so much... so be sure to sleep & let your yourself become collected once again. Refresh your mind, body & soul with a good night's sleep!
